Kinetik HC2400 to supply big power to the power hungry amplifiers. Amps mounted below floor board and hidden. Fans installed to keep the amps cool and to have air circulation. Our customer was very hands on and made his own amp board.

Amp controller run upfront to fine tweak and to show amplifier voltage and temperature.

Hole cut out and panel moulded into shap to fit the focal polyglass tweeter.

Focal tweeters installed below the OEM tweeter. The OEM tweeter pods are so small that nothing else fits. OEM tweeters still connected. The very small tweeters with the focal tweeters add a nice effect.

Door with no speaker.

Focal speakers installed in the door. Foam surround installed to keep the sound wave out of the door panel.

JL Audio XD600/6 installed behind the rear seat. No wires visible. Very small amp runs all speakers and a subwoofer.

Takes up very little space. Arm for trunk lid still able to move.

JL Audio 10W3v3 installed in the trunk. Custom fiberglass enclosure ordered to fit specifically for this vehicle and that size of subwoofer.

7″ Touch screen to replace the ugly OEM double din. The kenwood has a nice sleek design! This top model touch screen has a dedicated usb input, ipod input, aux input, video input, garmin navigation with nav traffic. 5v gold preouts, and 2 yearts warranty from kenwood excelon.

WHAT NOT TO DO: screw into the battery and expect it to work.

WHAT NOT TO DO: Use one type of wire...then chop it off and use another type of wire because you don't like the color. Use 0 AWG wire power and ground and twist and tape 4AWG wire to the 0AWG with no distribution block or solder. Use 20 different types of screws to mount custom panels.

WHAT NOT TO DO: Put the fuse box behind a glass window thats not accessible at all unless you take apart the whole custom trunk install to get to it.

Starting from scratch. Ripped everything out. New wires to be used with proper connectors. This time the install is going to be logical!

Three kinetik batteries to sustain the powerful system. Pure Copper wires used. Batteries mounted with holders so they don't rattle or move around.

Kenwood double din with a cache line driver to boost the bass signal.

Fixed! All done! Happy customer. A great acomplishment. Now the customer can enjoy the system. This customer is definately NOT going elsewhere. Sometimes price is not always the best option......the customer did not know about all the other problems until we opened it up. The reason they brought it to ULTRA is because the bass amp alway cut out...and the people that did the install could not fix it.

Super bright green LED strip installed above the radiator.

Focal speakers installed in all doors. Perfect fit. Much better than the old ones.

Old speakers. Alpine is good but not that good. Focal; the spirit of sound!

Rear left compartment. Removed the OEM cd changer to fit the JL Audio 5 channel amplifier. 700W of true power!

JL Audio Subwoofer installed below the spare tire. A stealthbox made from JL Audio that fits right in. Does not waste any space. 10" 500W subwoofer.

Sub fires downward and reflects off the tub base trunk. Gives off amazing bass.

Kenwood back up camera installed. Comes on the touch screen monitor, in the dash everytime the vehicle is put into reverse.

Fiberglass kick panels made to house the focal k2 power components.

Two JL Audio 13W6v2 subwoofers in a custom enclosure located in the trunk. Amazing depth. Adds a nice touch to the two 10" subs located between the rear seats.

Alpine double din installed. All factory steering controls retained. Sound calibrated and tuned with an IMPRINT mod.

LED lights installed under the dash and below the deck. Kenwood double din installed with bluetooth for hands-free calling.
