The subwoofer enclosure for a 13″ shallow subwoofer. Amplifiers will be mounted to the left and right of the subwoofer. The raw process of building.
Limited edition JL AUDIO slash amplifiers in chrome.
Finished in leatherette to match the interior. One JL AUDIO 13Tw5 is enough beautiful to shake this SUV.

Subaru Impreza WRX. Kenwood DNX 6980 excelon (Head unit), Focal Polyglass 30th Anniversary speaker (Front and rear speakers), JL Audio Slash series amps (Power Plant), JL Audio TW5s (subwoofers)
Kenwood eXcelon deck with 4V preout installed. Custom holder made for nexus tablet. Nexus can be played wireless and wired through the deck. Volume adjustment though nexus and steering controls.

Foam above spare tire cut to make an emegency tire change at ease. Floor board also modified so sub enclosures do not get in the way.
Trunk covered to avoid over spill. Sides of trunk ready to be shaped with fiberglass
Fiberglass moulded to the sides of the trunk. Taking up very little space (useless space)
Finished with leatherette. Matched with interior door panels.
JL Audio TW5 works great for this trunk. Light weight…….but very powerfull….most important….its shallow!
Finished product with fiberglass enclosure and JL Audio TW5 enclosure
Some blue lighting to give it a nice cool effect at night.

Veloster: Raptor

This Veloster is in for a serious audio upgrade. Better bass, better imaging. Its all about quality.
Focal Polyglass component speakers installed.
Said working his Magic.
Building a custom enclosuer for two JL AUDIO 12W3v3 subwoofers. The cutom box is going to be sunk into the floor.
A trim panel is made to fit it edge to edge. No gaps, looks OEM.

JL Audio XD600/1 driving the subwoofers. Custom White LED lighting installed for a nice touch.
Two tone finish. Suede insert with a Leatherette trim. Looks classy and clean without breaking the bank.

One of the nicest eclipses gets a custom audio setup from ULTRA AUTO SOUND.
A great location for our amplifiers.
Custom board made to install amplifiers. This helps us avoid drilling or screwing anything into the vehicles metal.
All Speakers replaced with some high end Morels.
Fitting the MDF enclosure in the trunk over a huge hump in the trunk. Building it to fit over the hump saves lots of space as oppose to building around it.
Kenwood Double Din touch screen installed. Fits nice in the eclispe.
Mitsubishi Logo put into the design of the enclosure.

Focal Polyglass 3-way set installed on the rear shelf. Custom plate made to look OEM. It also matches the experior stripes on the vehicle.
Red LED lighting glows through the opening like fire. Sound travelling from the Focal 3 way set can be heard loud and clear from the front. Bass from the back can be heard through the trunk opening when playing xbox or streaming youtube on the LCD screen.

Hummer H2 getting a sound makeover. A simple but very powerfull sound system is going to be installed in this bad boy. For this owner its not only his 1st sound system…..but also his 1st vehicle.
JL Audio 12W7 anniversary edition subwoofer in a high output enclosure custom fitted to the vehicle.
Lighting installed in the enclosure to make it stand out! I still can’t believe the output you get out of one JL AUDIO W7…..always impresses me!

Scion xB: Evil xB Build

Our good friend from jfmedia.ca brought over his vehicle to build his evil project. So far its been one of the biggest attractions at Importfest and Ertefa.
Scion original door speakers about to be replaced
Focal speakers made to fit in scion pods. Bigger and better!
Focal sound deadening used to insulate the door panels from rattling. Focal K2 Power components installed front and back.
Evil Red Leds installed EVERYWHERE
Custom speaker pods made to hear mids and vocals when the trunk lid is open.
Custom vented enclosre for two JL Audio 12W3v3 subwoofers. Measure twice, cut and build once! Built exaclty to specification.
No gaps. Nice!
